At first I was thinking that I'd be beat out of money for services I really didn't need,because I am a woman, but he was precise of what I needed and my charges. Absolute quality experience in my many years of car maintenance. I am a Navy Vet and took my 2005 Buick SUV in to TOM for a consultation, evaluation, and remedy of a brake problem. Tom was extremely friendly, sincere to listen to my problems, and I got an answer very quickly. The problem was not at all what other estimates had given me days before. I got a "referral" from Tony at Discount Tire and it sure paid off, indeed. Tom, thanks so much for your professional advice, quality service, and Military compassion. And further, the shop was "very inviting" , clean atmosphere, signage for services, WELCOME! FRIENDLY, and coffree and water as well.
