Jon was an absolute Gem... I have a small box truck... long story short I was traveling on 75 southbound coming up to my exit in 10 miles. Suddenly, i felt something dragging from my truck and the steering wheel started to drift, Luckly i was already in the right lane cruising. I quickly merged off the highway over on the shoulder called everyone and their momma (including my insurance company) no one answered so I phoned the nearest tow company and Fisher's Towing was the company (will leave another review). safe to say, I made the right choice because they had an attacked auto repair service shop (AutoMasters). I asked the tow company to tow it to this shop and a week later after scrapping for cash i was finally able to get my baby out. overall service was great; Jon and technicians did an amazing job and my truck needs more tender loving care for more work so i will defiantly forward that service over to Jon and AutoMasters as soon as I can. he even patiently waited on me for two weeks remind you the truck was fixed that next day, invoice was received the next morning after I broke down. very professional and patient with me. I would say it was a bit expensive, however, i would rather quality any day, my truck has a warranty on its service so I'm at ease about that. I was also given some information for towing and breakdown for my vehicle which was helpful for me while traveling nationwide.

They fixed my car's undercarriage today. Excellent job and very quick. The manager is very hospitable!! Highly recommended.

I was looking at buying a used truck and I had them do a pre-purchase inspection. I was really happy with how detailed they were. The man at the counter was super nice and helpful as well. They did a good job for a great price.

A friend recommended me to use this businesses services. My check engine light and my traction lights were illuminated my GMC Denali Terrain dash and I had gotten free diagnosis from other shops which populated codes for battery and fuel injection issues. When I took my vehicle to the shop, the battery was dead. I received a new battery then told I needed an alternator, which I approved. Then was told I needed three spark plugs (they were in ones in the front of course ). Wondered why they didn’t suggested all six to be replaced…Then I was told I needed two coils wasn’t given the number of the coils that they replaced…. Again not six. Then, more than $2000 later and less than 5% military discount; I couldn’t get a quarter of a mile down the road, after I picked up my car before the engine and traction lights came back on. They didn’t fix the issues. I will not recommend this establishment. They overcharged me for the spark plugs over 300%, the coils as well. They charged me $599.99 for the alternator and the same price for labor. And of course they threw in the charge to use their supplies (like most shops do). So much double , triple dipping! I went back into the shop to let them know what I experienced and John had the nerve to tell me “You MIGHT need a catalytic converter. Bring it back in tomorrow .” Is it me or should I have expected a more definite response like we checked the codes again and it says you need to replace your catalytic converter…. I will not be taking my car back and it should be against the law for this type of business practice. They should be ashamed. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the battery was priced reasonably and before I brought my car there, it wouldn’t start.

Apparently my truck thought Thanksgiving would be a convenient time to break down. Fortunately for us, the exit it picked just so happened to be a stones throw from AutoMasters. They diagnosed the problem the next day, and although a repair was not performed, the info they provided helped us negotiate a fair trade for our truck.

Love the staff , love the service, and love the prices. Finally a mechanic shop that cares more about customer service and doing a great job more than profit. Work is quick and professional. Honestly and transparency is priority for these guys. You can't go wrong with them. A happy and satisfied customer 😊

Great service. Diagnostic and repair was done in a timely manner. Price was reasonable.
