Took my wifes car in for a cooling system issue. First time ive been here, and it was an awesome experience. John, at the front desk, answered all of my questions clearly. He kept the lines of communication open throughout the repair process, which was a big relief. They also returned my wifes car several days before they'd originally stated it'd be ready for pickup. Going forward, should anyone ask "if i know a guy", ill send them to AutoMasters.

Awesome experience. I'm new to the area and wanted a shop that was reliable and honest like my previous Pennsylvania mechanic. After reading many reviews (FB, Yelp, and others), I decided to try Automasters Service Masters. First positive is that I was able to make an appointment online for the '$49 oil change special'; one quick form and then an email confirmation. When I arrived for my appointment, the kids and I were happily greeted by the service writer at the counter. We left and headed next door for some breakfast. About forty-minutes later on our walk back to the shop, we received a call that the service was done and that they discovered minor corrosion on the battery. I agreed to the repair and the shop quickly got back to work. While waiting those few additional minutes with the children in the shop's clean lobby, shop staff were taking to my kids and offering high-fives. Overall, I was super impressed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Shop pricing is reasonable and fair. The service was quick (for routine servicing). I'll be back with our minivan and for any other automotive service needs.
