OCALA AUTO REPAIR

Bringing my truck to Sara and Crew was a great experience. They were friendly and informative. I worked with Tom and he kept me up to date on the repair progress and notified me immediately of any issues they ran into during the repair. The shop is clean and safe in appearance and the mechanic staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed that they brought several things to my attention that were simple fixes I could do myself, I appreciated that! Then to top it off I got a call from Brian this morning to follow up with me to be sure I was satisfied with the repair work. AutoMasters is now my new auto repair partner!

My car was towed to AutoMasters and they were able to accommodate me which was amazing secondary to the fact that most people had appt. times scheduled. Pleasant staff and Brian front desk amazing and knowledgeable. I will be utilizing their business as long as I am in ocala.

They were fast and efficient. They also gave me a print out of things my car needed in the order of importance. They did not push for extra things that had to be done now. Friendly, courteous, fast and efficient. I will be going back in the future and recommending to my friends.
