OCALA AUTO REPAIR

Since it's been awhile I thought I'd update my review of Autiomasters. They've gone from super to super duper! The owners, Kevin & Sara, have always been very customer oriented and it shows in everything they do. A great indicator of an automotive shop is how happy the employees are, especially the technicians as they can be a pain in the a$$ (I know because I was one). The techs care about the quality of their work. The same thing can be said about service advisers too, Tom has been with them since the beginning. I was pleasantly surprised to see two techs from other shops who I've always held in very high regard. The rare thing that separates Automasters is how cognizant they are of people not really happy to part with their hard earned cash for something as exciting as auto repairs or maintenance. It's about as fun as buying an ironing board. I doubt that they're the cheapest place in town, I avoid those types of places and the 10 minute oil changes-they're what gives the auto repair biz a bad name IMHO. I will confidently say without hesitation that you'd be very hard pressed to find a better shop anywhere!

After seeing my regular mechanic in St Augustine about a problem with my Honda Accord, he was unable to figure out the problem. So I had to continue driving around and periodically losing power steering. It was scary!! So I took my car to Auto Masters when I was in Ocala for a day. They were great, The young man who works the front desk is very nice and professional. The mechanic had my car in the garage after only a few minutes. He quickly recommended a new belt. I was in and out of there in about 2 hours! I was so relieved they were able to help me get back to St Augustine. If I lived in Ocala, this would be the place I take my car for repairs. Based on my 1 experience there, I highly recommend Auto Masters.

Went to AutoMasters for the first time due to their great reviews. They are true!!! Had a frozen door lock on my Lincoln Town Car not allowing me to close the door. I tied it shut to drive to their garage. They fixed it easily, showed me how to fix the problem myself in the future, and wouldn't charge me. They definitely have my business from now on.

They are absolutely amazing! Very helpful and honest! We were on vacation and the computer went out in our car, THEY FIXED IT THAT DAY! Best auto shop ever!

We have fallen in love with the people at Automasters. Easily the most down to Earth and honest repair shop I've ever dealt with. Time and time again, they exceed our expectations in the general servicing of our vehicles, as well as the inconvenient repairs that unexpectedly arise. I never feel uncomfortable walking into this shop as I know I will be treated with respect and I will get the upfront information I desire. Thank you Automasters!!!

They run a good business. Just good service.

They give good advice, they are fair and don't recommend unnecessary work. About a battery that needed to be replaced, and they showed me that everything was cool. Just nice people, they were competent and helpful.
