This is the second time I have used AutoMasters and they have diagnosed the problems quickly AND correctly! I had a rattle in the cargo area of my 2013 Jeep Wrangler and in less that 45 minutes in no longer exists! Before coming to AutoMasters I had been to the Jeep dealership and after 1.5 days they could NOT figure out where the rattle was originating. Thanks to AutoMasters I can now drive my 2013 Wrangler without any more rattles.

The 2 CSRs were considerate, very friendly, and informative. I don't know their names, but the CSR with the tattooed arms gave excellent customer svc w/ advice re: my car's needs which helped me to make better decisions. The Mechanics took great care of my car. I am overall happy w the svc.

I've been to these folks several times, and I recommend them. They know their stuff, do the work quickly and well, and I've never had one of their repairs fail. While Automasters pricing is on the higher end of local mechanics, the work is done well and the 3 year/36000 mile warranty is hard to beat. If you need it fixed right, go to these guys.

Another great exabition of quality customer service. Truck’s check engine light alerted me to find out what was wrong. Initial inspection by Matt found other, more urgent, issues that needed to be corrected. The workmanship of correcting the cooling system was flawless. The emission control issue that triggered the check engine light was also corrected. Thanks for always helping me feel comfortable and confident when I leave your business. Bill Laurie
