Excellent service, communication and a caring attitude

So lucky to have found John and crew at AutoMasters! Moving my daughter out of her apartment for the summer and her vehicle broke down in Ocala. We were able to make it to the local Chevy dealer who were awful, told us they were busy and did not care that we had broken down far from home. Thankfully we found AutoMasters and although they were busy too, they were very understanding and were able to squeeze us in and get my daughter's car repaired the next day. Loved that we were kept updated through an initial phone call and then subsequent text messages with detailed inspection reports and estimates with photos! We were able to approve or decline services through messaging and were on our way with kindness and compassion. Do not hesitate to take your car here for any repairs or maintenance you might need.
