Kevin and his team at Automasters are awesome. Honest people who take customer service to a higher level. Brought my daughters 1998 Camaro in for extensive repairs and they really worked with us. Kept the car and allowed us to make payments while they worked on it. Didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We have been long time customers and will continue to send our business to them. I always recommend Automasters when someone asks for a reference.

a masters is absolutely great. they had my vehicle fixed in no time. only paid about $200 instead of the $700 at Batten Automotive. Thanks Automasters. nice to know ocala has an honest and reliable place to go to for their car troubles.

These guys know what they're doing! The techs for the most part have been there for a decade or more. Jim has retired and Kevin Craddock has taken the reigns. He is all about customer service and relationships. I've followed him from the shops he's worked at in Ocala and I am very happy that he has his own shop now. He always did the right thing, now he doesn't have to worry about getting yelled at for it!!! They will not sell you things you don't need and will prioritize your needs and make it work to fit your budget. Kevin, Tom and the techs care about what they do, and treat folks fairly. If that ain't a square deal, I'll eat my hat.
