They did a great job diagnosing and fixing my issue my car runs great now. The only problem I have is the markup on the price for parts, maybe all shops do this but for example need to replace ignition coil, I found the average price if I were to get it was around $124 but was charged $258, not happy about that at all but I suppose all do this. I will inquire next time before I ok it with any shop.

Anytime you have a question regarding pricing or how a repair is completed we will be happy to discuss. There is a website called Repair Pal our facility uses when pricing is involved. It's a great tool to use both as a repair facility and the consumer. I looked up the average cost for coil replacement in our area and it ranged from $231-$279. I guess the only thing we could express for a total great outcome would be , if you would do a wash and vacuum job, afterword's,,,LOLOLOL We are always pleased to do bussiness with Automasters, and have done so ,, since Jim owned the place..They are always fair... The work they always do is really good. I really did not like the fact that they don’t have a waiting room at this time due to closings . They have a bench on the side which was ok. Overall everything is good. And I will continue back for service work.
