I found AutoMasters about 10 years ago through a co-worker and since then they are the only ones that I use, aside from issues that require me to take my car to the dealership. They are trustworthy, honest, and most of all ethical which is the hardest to find. Everyone wants to overcharge for services and labor, but AutoMasters has always been very fair with their prices. This most recent time I had to bring my car in, Jon was very friendly and helpful in explaining what needed to be done with my car. He didn't speak in some foreign car language that I couldn't understand and they fixed my car in a day. I would highly recommend giving them a try; you won't be disappointed!

Went to them on a Saturday morning with transmission problems and they did everything they could do to try and get me back in the road that day! Unfortunately I had to get a new transmission but they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great people, great service!

Just moved into the area from Midwest and left a great mechanic . I was blessed to find AutoMasters,. They gave me comfort with their Auto care approach. The staff was friendly and owner Jon took the time to update me as to other mechanical and service related items to consider down the road....but not now. I called in advance and made an appointment. It was honored ......in and out in no time. More than 5 star endorsement......

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER! A few years and 2 cars ago. I went to them but chance and haven't looked anywhere else. They are my go to people. And I have always been treated kindly and never taken advantage of, look no further! This is the place!

Twice I have found myself in need of repairs on my vehicles recently. These men are amazing. They listen to you, explain things in detail when needed, give options and don't make me feel stupid because I am not sure of the problem or name of part needed. Jon makes you feel like an ole friend and part of the family. So comfortable going there. More work needs to be done and for their kindness, understanding and excellent service I will return to them. Thank you guys for fixing my power steering leak, showing me the other issues and explaining the brake problem to me in a way a non cars person could understand. Lol. You're the best.

They are friendly. Prior to fixing concerns will discuss the cost with you. Will make other recommendations but not be pushy for you to have recommendations completed. Will transport you to a near by location if repair will be awhile and you don’t have transportation.

AutoMasters is a wonderful place to take your car to be maintenanced! And, no worries, they are very reasonably priced and always have great coupons to help discount their services! I found them right after I moved to Ocala in 2018 and they have consistently been customer service oriented, competent, professional and personable! I'm so impressed and grateful for their services and kindness to me as a customer that I'm even referring people that don't live in Ocala to stop by with their car to give them a chance to show just how wonderful they are in this car maintenance industry!
